ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be sent to production and prepared for shipment.

Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on demand.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders are produced and shipped from a Shopify fulfillment center located within the United States.

Orders are fulfilled from the facility closest to the customer’s shipping address to ensure faster delivery times and efficient service.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days after fulfillment

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Promotional or free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly stated on the website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRUMP Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly indicated at checkout.
